Ive notice that when it comes on my power stearing doesn't work and when it is off it does. BUT some told me it had to do with the all wheel stear and not to worry. HICAS is Nissan's four wheel steering.

The light is a warning light, it means there is a fault in the HICAS system. This is usually caused by low power steering fluid. Check the fluid level.

The hicas light can be caused by a lot of different issues, a lot of people have got the hicas light due to changing the steering wheels on their cars....but yeah as said get a hicas lock bar!
