hey,

The other day all lights in my front dash stopped working (incl. speedo, revs, fuel etc), I have looked at some transleted fuse boxes and cant see any fuses that are solely for the dash? Im thinking that a wire could be a faulty wire as since ive had my car the speedo sometimes also doesnt work (until I hit above the dash to fix it lol P.S it hurts to hit it :( lol). could the two be related?

Cheers

check to see if your tail lights work.
a similar thing happened to a r32 i used to own a few years ago.

basically whenever all the dash lights switched off, so did my tail lights (brake lights)

never did work out what was causing it though...

What kind of car?

Pull the dash apart to see if there all plugged in.
Check fuse. (Instrument Illum?)
Sometimes this can be caused from a faulty headlight switch, pull yours out and test it?

if your dash lights and tail lights doesnt turn on, that means it your fuse in the engine bay has blown up it should be one of the 10A Red fuse, swap it over and it'll be fixed
